Media Literacy

This is a special topics course that fulfills the Diversity requirement of the college's core curriculum.  Students analyze the production, consumption, and effects of mediated messages of people and groups historically misrepresented in the media.  The Fall 2016 class produced numerous projects that looked at these issues during the Presidential Campaign.
