Hailed “… a technical superstar and household name” by Maestro Paul Haas, and “One of the most remarkable double (music) threats… a brilliant trumpeter and imaginative arranger” by David Srebnik of Sirius XM, internationally acclaimed trumpeter, Chris Coletti is equally renowned as a trumpet soloist, for his work as principal trumpet of numerous top orchestras, as an arranger, and, most famously, his ten years with the legendary Canadian Brass. As a conductor, Chris directs the Contemporary Ensemble at Ithaca College, and has conducted the Ithaca College Gamer Symphony, Trumpet Ensemble and the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, where he is also principal trumpet. 

Coletti has performed and/or recorded with the most preeminent musicians and ensembles of our time, from Jon Batiste, Kanye West, and Quincy Jones, to the Metropolitan Opera Brass, the New York Philharmonic Brass, St. Louis Symphony, and conductors such as Pierre Boulez, Riccardo Muti, Michael Tilson Thomas and Kurt Masur. Coletti even makes an appearance in the Netflix documentary "American Symphony." He is also a member of teh all-star brass octet, Brassology, and was recently appointed principal trumpet of ROCO (River Oakes Chamber Orchestra) in Houston, TX.

Most importantly, Coletti's students have won positions in professional military bands and orchestras, have been accepted at elite Masters programs such as Juilliard, Yale, and Manhattan School of Music, and attain terminal degrees at top Doctoral programs such as Florida State University, University of Connecticut and others.
