Graduate Student Research
Currently there are a number of research projects taking place which graduate students are actively engaged in. Active projects are listed based on the main area of research.
Achievement Motivation
The central theme that ties the different areas of my research together centers on achievement motivation and the investigation of how different forms of achievement motivation regulate affect, behavior, and cognition throughout the lifespan. In particular, I am interested in how both individual and contextual characteristics are related to consequences such as emotion regulation, interpersonal behavior, performance, and moral behavior.
