Motor Development Across the Lifespan
Dr. Schlough specializes in pediatrics and has continued to practice as a pediatric clinician since 1974. In addition, she has worked in adult rehabilitation, acute care and home care and presently works per diem at Cayuga Medical Center, Kendal at Ithaca and in private practice.
Pediatric movement analysis, motor control and motor learning, idiopathic toe walking, aerobic fitness and strengthening in cerebral palsy, pediatric bracing and spasticity management.
OTHER INTERESTS Dr. Schlough is also an artist and belongs to the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators. She has shown her work in the area and at nature centers, museums and other venues in the Northeast.
