Syracuse native Kerri J. Lynch brings years of experience, an artist’s attention to detail, and a discerning eye to the theater faculty of Ithaca College. When not instructing the next generation of professional actors, technicians and, of course, stage managers, Kerri is stage managing shows at such prestigious venues as the Hangar Theater (Ever So Humble, Rent, Next to Normal), Syracuse Stage (The Bombitty of Errors, The SantaLand Diaries), and the renowned New York Musical Theater Festival (Shine). As a graduate of LeMoyne College and proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, her educational background and extensive and varied work in the performing world give her a unique insight into many facets of a life upon—and behind the scenes of—the wicked stage. Kerri has been a theater educator for years, and her directorial credits include Godspell, High School Musical and Brigadoon, as she coordinated and ran the theater program at Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Another of Kerri’s passions lies in photography. As a professional photographer, seeing life through the lens of a camera lends an unbiased perspective to the day-to-day, bridging the gap between the extraordinary and the mundane, helping translate that more readily to the realm of theater.
