Jana Waller is a Clinical Instructor, an Assistant Chair, and a Fieldwork Coordinator in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She is honored to work with the wonderful students, faculty, and staff at Ithaca College. Ms. Waller teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses, provides clinical supervision, and coordinates externship and student teaching placements for graduate students. Ms. Waller is dedicated to finding externship/student teaching experiences that are the best match for each student both personally and professionally.
Ms. Waller has an M.S. from Ithaca College in Speech-Language Pathology, a B.S. from the University of Washington in Speech and Hearing Sciences., and a B.A. from SUNY Albany in Psychology.
Ms. Waller has worked as a speech-language pathologist in a variety of settings and has loved them all! Her background includes work in educational, hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation, and home-based settings. She has worked with clients and students of all ages and is passionate about helping individuals to communicate and about facilitating family centered and strengths based therapy.
