Jenny Stepp Breen is a Lecturer in the Ithaca College Department of Politics. She recently completed her dissertation entitled "Capitalizing Labor: What Work is Worth and Why, from the New Deal to the New Economy."

Jenny received her B.A. in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2002 and her Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. This semester, she is teaching U.S. Politics at Ithaca College and has additional teaching and research interests in American political development, urban politics, labor politics, American political thought, feminist theory, and modern political theory.
