New Roots Charter School

I am co-founder and chair of the Board of Trustees of the newly opened (2009) New Roots Charter School, school in Ithaca, New York.  New Roots is a sustainability-based  high school, in which students are taught through integration of theories and practices of sustainable education. In 2012, the school has about 175 students in grades 9-12.
