Dennis is an Associate Professor and Program Director for Communication Management and Design.
Dennis specializes in the design of eLearning and the use of games and gamification to create innovative training. His research has been accepted for presentation and publication in Games and Culture, Computers & Education, TechTrends, United States Distance Learning Conference, Association for Educational Communications and Technology, and the Professional and Organizational Development in Higher Education.
Dennis is actively consulting, providing his expertise on training, information design, and eLearning.

Dennis earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Northern Colorado. His M.S. in Special Education from Binghamton University and his B.A. in Social Studies Education from Ithaca College.
