Advising and Individual Meeting Instructions

Each week, I will post a schedule with the various times I am available for an advising meeting for any advisee or student that needs my assistance.

If you would like to reserve a specific time, please sign up on the schedule on my door.

If no time posted fits your schedule, please see me to schedule an alternate time that will work for both of us.

Office hours

I will also have office hours for "walk-in" advising on a first-come first-serve basis

Spring 2011 "Walk-in" Office Hours

Monday 9-10am, Tuesday 4-5pm, Thursday 1-2:30pm

Registration Advising Procedures

1. Each semester we will have a group advising session with all advisees to share information and create interclass networks

2. Familiarize yourself with the course requirements and your needs prior to this meeting

3. Bring paperwork and questions to the meeting

4. If an individual advising session is needed then it will be scheduled in the two weeks prior to registration
